Summer Season at Waygood Art Boutique
Waygood presents a summer season of exhibitions before our Art boutique is included in the transformation of our building into a spectacular new venue for contemporary visual art and artists.
The construction process began in March 2008 and, inevitably has been the major focus for everyone associated with Waygood during this time. Architects, design-teams, construction companies and sub-contractors have become part of the day-to-day existence around the gallery.
Issues of space, public and private are linked with personal and collective experiences concerning time, memory and the unknown. Each artist will present their work at a series of discourse events and a podcast during the summer.
Fresh Eyes is one of the exhibitions included in the Northern Print Biennale. A limited edition of ten screen prints will accompany each exhibition, published by Waygood and printed by Theresa Easton
The prints will be for sale at the Boutique and online.
